It now looks as though the UK might (at the time of writing!) be heading for a softer form of Brexit. Forced to change her strategy after her Brexit deal was rejected three times by parliament, prime minister Theresa May has turned to the opposition to try and get a compromise. That could mean abandoning a hardline Brexit and agreeing on a customs union with Europe. So this week, we've looked at what a customs union is, and what it would mean for the UK and the EU.
