In New York, there have five boroughs : Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Manhattan. 

Manhattan : 

- The Empire State Building

- The Statue of Liberty

- The Brooklyn Bridge

- Broadway

- Central Park

Statue of Liberty is also called « Lady Liberty ». It’s a tall and big statue.

The Brooklyn Bridge is very long bridge.

In Broadway, you can see musicals. You can see people dancing and people singing. 

The Empire State Building is a very tall building in the center of Manhattan. 

Central Park is a big and green park.

Left (gauche)

Right (droit)

Turn left (tourner à gauche)

Turn right (tourner à droite)

Go straight (aller tout droit)

Go back (faire demi-tour)

Exemple : 

Sam wants to go on top of the Empire State Building (Je veux aller au sommet de l’Empire State Building). 

 She goes back and she goes straight for 3 blocks.
